The crystal frame is special designed and made frame with crystal looking surface covered on picture. It can last for very long time. It can be made to be put on the table or hang on the wall, depends on client's request. 5. What are crystal table top souvenirs? Can I choose from different design? It’s a crystal made and special designed table top souvenir, the printed picture is sealed in it with great looking. Therefore the picture will last very long time without fading out. wedding photography do your photographers take? 10. What type of equipment do you use to photograph wedding? We normally use high-end digital SLR cameras with exchangeable lenses to make the assignment. However, the traditional film SLR cameras are also available upon your request. 11. I want a combination of both color and black/white for my wedding photography… Is that possible with 424wedding? Absolutely no problem! We are more than happy to help you with all different kinds of requirements. 12. How many proofs will I receive with 424wedding? From 100 to 400 proofs, it depends on the different packages you choose. However, you can always add extra proofs into the packages as your like. Please refer to out complete service catalog to get the price for extra proofs. 13. Will the wedding photography proofs be printed in Matte or Gloss? We usually print in Glossy or Semi-Matte photo paper for most of our assignments. However, to choose different kind of photo paper is totally up to you. Please be noticed, the proofs will be only printed for traditional photography packages by nature. For the Digital Photography Packages, the proof prints can be given upon your request and the extra charge will be applied on it. 14. Are the wedding proofs marked, stamped or do they have the copyright logo on the wedding photos?

pictures. The best way is to come in person to pick your favorite photos. By this way, we will be able to review your pictures together and help you choose the bests. However, we still provide an online process to help you pick the photos through the Internet. 16. How long does it take for the wedding album to be made and returned after proofs are chosen? It usually takes 1 week for album to be designed and 2~3 weeks to be made and shipped. 17. Who pays for shipping and how is it shipped? We will take care of everything including regular surface (ground) shipping, unless if you have special request on the shipping such as express. In this case, extra charge will apply. 18. How many hours of wedding photography coverage will I receive on my wedding day? From standard 8 hours to 12 hours, the photography hours are varying on different packages. You don’t really need extra hours in 99% of situation based on our experience. However, we do offer free extra half-hour flexibility for you in case of some unexpected situation. 19. I have a large wedding ceremony and I want two or three photographers at the same time. Is it possible with 424 wedding, and how does it charge? With a large scale wedding, we always suggest to have more than one photographer. Yes, our packages offer up to three photographers to take pictures at the same time. The price is standard which you can find in our complete service catalog. 20. What are your retainer/deposit fees for your wedding photography packages? Once you booked the package and specified the event date, we will not be able to take any other book on the same day, which means our photography service for the specific booked date will be dedicated only for you. For booking our wedding photography services, we require 1/2 amount of the package price as the deposit. 21. What is the form of the payment for the wedding photography? The payment will be paid in three phases. The deposit, 1/2 amount of the package price is paid at the moment when we sign the contract. The second pay is 1/3 amount of the package price and will be paid when you come to pick your favorite photos. And the rest of payment will be paid when you received everything or every service belongs to the package you’ve chosen.
Yes, our packages are very flexible that you can exchange things based on the same value. 23. Does the wedding photographer require a meal for the wedding packages? Well, the answer is no or yes. According to our policy, it is no, our photographers are not allowed to ask for any meal from the clients. However, from the humanity side most of our customers do offer something for drinking or eating as they understand that the photographers are very busy on capturing all the moments that are not affordable to miss any of them and they really have no time to consider how to get a meal when they feel hungry. 24. If my wedding is out of Montreal, do I need to cover the travel expense and boarding fees for the photographers? Yes, an extra traveling fee will be charged if the requested service is outside of Montreal area, and the room and board is provided by the client.
